Welcoming the Connecticut Chapter of the American Harp Society at Treetops

It was delightful to host the young and talented harpists of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Harp Society, along with their family and friends at the Treetops Performance Center.

Founded in 1962, the American Harp Society has been an advocate of excellence. Their mission statement,  "To celebrate our legacy, inspire excellence, and empower the next generation of harpists." is a philosophy celebrated by Music in the Woods. This non profit hopes to be an oasis of inspiration for all instrumentalists.

The Angel Program Earns its Wings!

Screen Shot 2017-10-19 at 12.57.05 PM.png

As the founder of the Angel Program, I send musicians into the community to help. Our highly skilled and empathetic musicians teach musical workshops in under-funded schools, perform benefit concerts, and play for the medical community and other groups that can benefit from live music.

Those receiving our Angels are simply asked to forward this kindness to others in some way, and to join us in healing the world one note at a time.

Queens College Visit

Spectacular day hosting music conservatory professors and students of Aaron Copland School of Music at Queens College. We had a great time performing. The students played wonderfully and provided insight on how to achieve peak performance for my Project Series.  They are always welcome at the Treetops Studio.
